How much does a website cost?
A one-pager costs a one-off CHF 790, a website with up to five pages CHF 1'490. On top of that comes the plan for hosting and support, from CHF 79 per month. You will find all prices and exactly what is included on the Prices page.
How much does it cost per year in total?
With Starter and the Basic plan, you pay CHF 790 plus 12 × CHF 79 in the first year, CHF 1'738 in total (with Standard it is CHF 2'438). From the second year on, only the plan remains: CHF 948 with Basic or CHF 1'548 with Plus. The domain and hosting are included in the plan. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
Is the draft really free, even if I don't like it?
Yes. The draft is without obligation and costs nothing. If you don't like it, that is the end of the matter for you.
How long does it take until the website is finished?
Reply within 2 working days. You receive the draft within 5 working days of our short conversation. Once the texts and photos are in, a Starter project takes about 1 to 2 weeks and a Standard project about 2 to 3 weeks.
I already have Instagram or a Google profile. Do I still need a website?
Instagram and your Google profile help you get seen. On your own website, your services, prices, opening hours and the way to book are all complete and in one place. It belongs to you, and you decide what goes on it.
Does this work with my booking tool, for example Treatwell or salonkee?
Yes. We link your existing booking tool where it is easy to see on the website. You do not have to change anything.
Will the website get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise a particular ranking on Google. We build your site cleanly and state your location and industry clearly. In the Plus plan, we also keep your Google Business Profile up to date.
Who owns the website?
You do. We set up the domain and hosting in your name. If you cancel the plan, you receive all the files and can run the website yourself or hand it over to someone else.
What is included in the plan, and can I cancel?
In the Basic plan, we run the hosting with SSL, monitor the renewal of your domain, check the technology every month and make changes of up to 30 minutes per month. The Plus plan includes changes of up to 90 minutes per month, maintenance of your Google Business Profile and a monthly report. The plan has no minimum term and can be cancelled at the end of any month.
Can I have changes made later, and what does that cost?
Yes. You send us your requests by email or phone and need no technical knowledge to do so. The Basic plan includes changes of up to 30 minutes per month, the Plus plan up to 90 minutes. Anything beyond that costs CHF 80 per hour.
