General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Zuerichwebsitez, a simple partnership of Boi Schweichel and Julian Bencak, Weststrasse 45, 8400 Winterthur (hereinafter “we”), for the creation and support of websites.

2. Free draft

The draft is free of charge and without obligation. The request or the draft does not create any obligation. A contract is only concluded when you accept our quote in writing.

3. Services and prices

The scope is set out in the quote and on the Prices page. The following prices apply:

• Starter: CHF 790 one-off
• Standard: CHF 1'490 one-off
• Basic plan: CHF 79 per month, with changes of up to 30 minutes per month
• Plus plan: CHF 129 per month, with changes of up to 90 minutes per month
• Work outside the packages: CHF 80 per hour

Prices in CHF. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

The website price includes one round of revisions, setting up the domain and hosting in your name, a link to Google Maps, a link to your existing booking tool, and a legal notice and privacy policy as a draft. Not included are a photo shoot, logo, additional languages and an online shop; we provide these on request, charged by time.

Domain and hosting: the running costs for the domain and hosting are included in the plan.

4. Round of revisions

After implementation, you can send us your change requests together in one round of revisions. We charge further changes by time at CHF 80 per hour, unless they are covered by a plan.

5. Cooperation

You supply the content for your website, for example texts, photos, logo, opening hours and prices. You are responsible for ensuring that this information is correct and that you hold the rights to the images and texts you supply. You review the legal notice and privacy policy, which we supply as a draft, before the website goes live.

6. Payment

Half of the website price is due when the order is placed, the other half when the website goes live. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

If an invoice is not paid by the due date, you receive a reminder. If payment is still not made after that, we may suspend the support under the plan until the outstanding amounts have been paid.

7. Acceptance

The website is deemed accepted when it goes live.

8. Plan, term and cancellation

• The plan has no minimum term.
• It can be cancelled at the end of any month.
• The minutes included in the plan apply per month. Unused minutes expire.
• We announce price changes to the plan at least 2 months in advance.

9. Ownership, rights of use and reference

The website belongs to you. We set up the domain and hosting in your name. If you cancel the plan, you receive all the files of your website.

Once paid in full, you may use and change the design and code of your website without time limit and have it supported by others.

We may name and show your website as a reference, for example on our own website. You can object to this at any time by email.

10. Liability

We provide our services with care. To the extent permitted by law, we are only liable for damage that we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. We are not liable for outages of third-party services (for example hosting, domain registrar or booking tool) or for the content you supply.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur.
